We were out of town last night so we went to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I had:

*A side garden salad with bleu cheese dressing

*Naked tenders (3) with medium buffalo sauce

*Celery sticks with more bleu cheese dressing

Tonight we're having leftovers:

*Bacon

*Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

*Eggs

*Either asparagus, broccoli, or Brussels sprouts

*Chia seed pudding with blueberries

Re: What's cooking cooking this November?

  1. Good evening everyone. Wagirl that sounds like a very good combination and j can just imagine how good your house must have smelled. My mother in law is cooking for Thanksgiving but I told her I am going to make my moms homemade stuffing. Cranberry apple chutney, sweet potato rolls, a pumpkin cheese cake and a cranberry walnut cake and Ria said she will make mashed potatoes.  We ate with my mil Anna today. She cooked French fries, a fratatta , and pasta with broccoli rob with olive oil and garlic. All was very good and Italian bread. I soaked up the juice with the bread then I told Ria to give me her dish and I dipped bread into her dish because she was done.

We're visiting one of kids so I'll be eating pizza tops and an antipasto salad.

We had baked Lake Michigan Coho salmon, rice with sauteed sliced almonds and green peas. For dessert apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Gobble 🦃Gobble 🥧! My favorite holiday/food day is almost here!

Re: What's cooking cooking this November?

More Thanksgiving prep today - deviled eggs, keto pumpkin pie squares, keto French silk pie, make ahead mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, mac & cheese.  Thankful that hubby is here and will help with getting the house straightened up and table set. Oh, that reminds me, I need to wash the stemware.

Lunch and dinner will be leftovers that I need to use up.
