@mousiegirl  Wow.  I so need to be invited to dinner at your house.  I know that's really rude but you did post all of the deliciousness above.   Smiley WinkSmiley Very Happy

@mousiegirl, really sounds delicious, I do the mozzarella/cherry tomato thing & with some french bread it's a meal for me.  But now with the shrimp & pasta, takes it to another level, Thanx for the recipe

Re: What's Cooking in September- already?

Morning, beautiful day here, 70's & sunshine, love the Fall weather.

Last nite was spaghetti/meatballs, sauce from the freezer so it was easy/peasy, tonite I don't know yet thinking Italian Sausage on the grill, do have some of the green pepper/onion frittatta left so that'll be a go with.

Enjoy the day

Re: What's Cooking in September- already?

Last night, there was left over turkey patty mix, so I made meatballs and took some sauce from the freezer, will have to make more soon, and cooked a long tubular pasta, with salad on the side.

Wednesdays are garbage nights, so I usually cook a pasta so DH can serve himself when he is done, close to 9:00, and I can skedaddle out of the kitchen, lol.

Re: What's Cooking in September- already?

Not much cooking in the kitchen today - shame on me - but had a zillion travel things to do - very tiring. Don't worry about anyone however, there was plenty of food in the Fridge and also freezer on the fridge - big freezer out in the carport remained LOCKED!!! LOL.

Back tomorrow =

Re: What's Cooking in September- already?

Tonight I had red potatoes and cut THICK boneless pork chops in the slow cooker with Italian dressing and onions - yummy. I use the dry salad seasonings a lot on food in the slow cooker. Also had yummy collards - love those things.
