Last night had a roast which simmered in balsamic vinegar - very good, also baby carrots, pasta and the rest of the kale. We ate well.

Hope one and all are doing fine - getting really lonesome here, don't you agree Preds?

Morning, just stopping by, not much going on here, weather back to dreary, rainy, windy, & cool, yesterday was good tho.  Really hoping for some good Spring temps.

Alone tonite for dinner so need to check out the freezer, but right now don't have anything in mind.

Have a good day all

Going to check out the wedding venue tonight then we plan on eating out for Mothers Day since my DD will be out of town this weekend.  Not sure if the dinner out will happen since they are saying severe weather, but we'll see.  Thinking Mexican maybe.  Haven't totally decided.

Happy Day All!

Re: What's Cooking in May - it got here really fast!!

Last night Davey, the little one and I went to the drive thru at
Del Taco. LOL. What can I say? Was bone weary tired - and today will probably be another one like yesterday - say it isn't so!!

Therefore I do need to fix something in my kitchen I guess - just have to figure out a time plan. Already have two loads of clothes washed and am thinking about the third one. Not sure I will do it right away as getting Davey up and moving and then to school and taking the little one with us takes a lot of energy - probably wait until I get back home. Then start sending signals to the kids Mother to get her you know what here as I have an appointment at 9:30, then another one later and then it is pick up time for Davey at school. Just too old for all of this.

Hope all have a great day. Soushi, continue thinking of you.

I made homemade tomato sauce and meatballs last night.  Tonight, I do something with my chicken breasts...

We try to cook on the weekend to make the whole week "leftovers" since we work.  Grilling season we can do even more ... side dishes.  LOL
