@mousiegirl I am so glad to hear that! One of these days I'll splurge and take the plunge on a nice pan.
Went food shopping and Georgia Peaches are still MIA. We have SC peaches and the new arrival is California peaches. Yes, they shipped CA peaches to the Peach State clear across the country. 
I decided to use up some of the chicken breasts I have in my freezer this week and make cutlets. I am also going to do past primavera (probably more like pasta and broccoli) and some big salads since there is no end in site for our ongoing 95 degree weather. I also bought corn on the cob which I haven't had in forever (I blame my recent trip to Iowa) and cucumbers to make cucumber salad.
Hopefully I'll finish out July with a healthy bang.
Came across a pork tenderloin recipe with orange marmalade I may take a stab it. Sounds wonderful but we'll see if I'm brave enough to try it at some point.
