Wow @mousiegirl!  You did have a busy day.  They look wonderful.  Never cared for zucchini bread but maybe pineapple added would have changed my mind. Smiley Happy

@Preds  I also snuck in raisins, but not enough to suit me, next time. Smiley Happy  You can't taste the zucchini.  It called for nuts too, but I don't like nuts in anything, prefer to eat them by themselves.

Re: What's Cooking in April (no fooling)

That looks good Soushi.

Today was a tad chilly - yesterday - late - the rain came down in torrents - along with some hail.

Again, I did NOT cook a formal meal. Hardly slept last night and had errands to do today and was not up to it. Plenty of food in the house so I do not worry. While out I stopped and got an Albanian burger at the Family Restaurant in Redlands. Brought half of it home for my dinner - went to get it - GONE. I know David took it and he is NOT suppose to be eating that greasy stuff right now - has been out of school for two days due to intestinal infection. Grrrr. And he refuses to 'fess up. That really irritates me - so goes my dinner.. He is back to school tomorrow!! The Albanian burger is with mayo, tons of grilled onions and Feta cheese - so very good.

Hope one and all had a good day.

Re: What's Cooking in April (no fooling)

Good Morning to you also Preds - as usual many thanks for another great greeting.

Rained again during the night and it got a tad chilly - but I slept good.

Davey, the itty bitty one and myself ate out early yesterday. He had a Philly Cheese Sandwich and I had a roast beef sandwich. Not a bad dinner. The little one just stretched out in her carrier smiling at one and all.

Hope all will eat well today - I plan to.

Re: What's Cooking in April (no fooling)

Had chicken breasts in the slow cooker with a HUGE sweet onion and baby carrots - had a dressing over it = came from a package - like barbecue - delicious. Had potato wedges covered in Parmesan, herbs and garlic - delicious and also macaroni salad. Different dinner but very very good.

Tad cold today and I am sitting here now with my slanket around me - just love that thing. My goodness how many years ago did I buy it from the Q - money well spent.

Hope all had a very good day.
