What's Cooking in April (no fooling)

My goodness but the time surely flies. Am NOT going to cook tonight - have some frozen dinners AND a couple frozen pizzas. Works better than cooking from the get go again.

For the moment - the house is quiet - the little ones are both asleep - probably will not last but a few minutes more since I had the audacity to mention it. Will I ever learn?

Very nice today - very warm in the sun and am sure closer to nightfall it will get quite chilly again. That's OK - this is nice. Kitties out in their condo and both are probably ticked off. LOL. Conrad is outside checking out the scenery, Miss Blackie is looking out the window. Would love to go to bed and sleep until tomorrow - do not think it will happen.

Well the house filled up for sure - Davey got home and brought with him his little sister. This is a small house and they sleep all over the floors when necessary. I woke up at 4:30 and she was sitting up watching TV. Turned the TV off and told her to get under her covers. She had a nice bed made for her. LOL. If they all stay - so last night had a total of 7 people sleeping under this roof - guess I will have to cook for tonight - these are my Golden Years????? Well I do have a roast or two in the freezer and lots of potatoes and baby carrots and cabbage - that sounds like a good start to me. Should be a nice day so will "encourage" people to go outside. The two kittles will for sure be in the condo. Have a good day everyone! Soushi - let us hear from you when you have time.
