When i have to satisfy that salty craving ...i go for the  Bachmann  Pretzel Stix....the little boxes....only 100 calories each...and just enough to do the trick!

Oh, and how could I forget Kroger's puffed cheese balls (though the last bag or two I've purchased have been shaped more like tater tots)?! Those light, airy, cheesy, salty bites take me back to my childhood.

A little peanut butter on a salty cracker.

Then I need something to drink.

Then I'd like to have a bite of a Dove bar.

I'm like that mouse.....the one you give a cookie to.......

Preachin' to the choir on this one! Love them! DH brought home a TUB (bigger than my little dog) of those evil, nasty, bright orange nuggets of salty yummyness. We laughed about how horrible they looked and how bad they are for us but.....they mysteriously totally disappeared by noon the next day.

Popcorn while driving home from the grocery store. DH is addicted never leaves the store without a bag.

I know there are worse things to be addicted to, this one I've  no prob with.

Right now it's peach season so I'm eating peaches with salt on them. YUM!!! Or some watermelon with salt.

A handful of cashews or a sea salt caramel.

Any salty chip or something in that family will do.  My favorites are Lay's Salt & Vinegar or BBQ chips, Spicy Jalapeno or  Chili Cheese Fritos and the Bold Chex Mix.  However, I can't find the "Bold" flavor anymore but have found one that must have taken its place (don't recall the name though).
