Microwave, toaster, and Breville countertop oven. If my Breville oven broke, it would be replaced within the hour. We're a retired couple and I very rarely have the need to use my large oven. We love toast and bagels made in an old fashioned toaster, so it would also be replaced immediately.  And the microwave?  Well, who can do without that?  And to think when microwaves were a new invention I debated whether or not to buy this weird new appliance because I couldn't fathom what I'd use the darn thing for!

Well, while I love my KitchenAid stand mixer and my Instant Pots, the two appliances I use every single day are the microwave and Keurig Mini.  If either of these breaks they need to be replaced immediately!  Alas, the Vitamix is languishing in my pantry.

Oh, I just thought of another gadget that I just can't live without!  I have a silicon popcorn popper that I bought on Amazon for maybe $20 that pops regular popcorn in the microwave with no oil whatsoever.  Just about every kernel pops and you have an oil free snack.  Love it.

My favorite and most used is my KA stand mixer, but honestly, I think I could live without all of them.  Just leave me my quality pots and pans and some good knives. I like doing prep work by hand.

Could not do without my VitaMix or old Rival Crockpot( received as a wedding gift in 1981. Still works great!).  Use them both frequently. They have honored spots on the pantry shelves.
