@sarahpanda - Like a lot of others, we have salmon and bagels on AD. We also added Roar. We can get it locally, but they have only a few flavors. We like the choices QVC offers. Smiley Happy

My mother used to order many food items from QVC that we all enjoyed from Kansas City filets, Lobster Tails every Christmas Eve, also for Christmas she'd get the mini Junior's cheese cakes, delicious. Maryland Crab Cakes she loved those...and she turned me onto many items, that I also would buy such as:

She turned us onto those wonderful frozen croissants. I've brought those to family on holiday brunches...everyone loves them.

Mrs. Prindables, those big chocolate covered pretzels, (yummy), Squirrel Brand snacks. I've been eating clean, healthy, low sugar and lost some weight this past year so I'm not doing this type stuff, because I have no self control around cans of salty snacks like Squirrel brand!

...but around the holidays maybe. I used to like the toppings choices in the past on Mrs. Prindables better than the offerings I've seen lately...to me, seems like they tend to do the cheap stuff more now, less variety...at least when I've checked. I'd buy them again if I see the Pink Lady, which I like best, but with toppings I like.

During Covid we ordered the Heartland Cx cutlets several times, and enjoyed them. Now I make my own so I can control ingredients...but still...they were good, and I wouldn't not order them again.

@rockygems123

I also have ordered the silver and gold Squirrel brand almonds to give as holiday gifts. I have not seen them offered this year thus far and my prior recipients will be disappointed. 😒

We have had the Rastelli burgers and the steaks and the chickens and the round hotdogs on auto delivery and have enjoyed them. I am hoping to get them again on auto delivery.

I have reordered Farmer Jon's popcorn. I order these for my husband who loves the microwave packets and looks forward to them when we are able to purchase.

Mrs. Prindable's pretzels, they are good and come individually wrapped with boxes for the holidays.

Grandma's cakes, tasty and reasonably priced.  Easier than me making my own coffee cake.

Here are our top picks for QVC food items we buy fairly frequently:

Heartland Fresh Chicken Fried Chicken with Gravy (on auto-delivery
since it was first available; the sides occasionally offered are only okay,
but we love the chicken with the gravy and in many other preparations)
Enstrom's Butter Toffee (no-almond) Petites (amazing in both milk and
dark chocolate—they do get a little stuck in your teeth despite any
claims made on air, but it's just a little and it's soooo worth it)
Bauer's Modjeskas (only the original or sea salt caramel versions; for
some reason, the other flavors alter the taste and texture too much)
Silvestri Sweets Enrobed Sea Salt Caramels (wonderful in milk and dark)
Squirrel Brand Brown Butter Cashews (even the non-nut eaters in our
family, like me, adore these tasty treats—excellent flavor and texture)
Authentic Gourmet Croissants (even though they're smaller than they
were when we first set up auto-delivery; we now buy less frequently)
Mrs. Prindables Triple Chip (aka Holiday) Apples (people would be
disappointed if these weren't offered at our annual holiday parties
despite all the other delicious homemade goodies; worth waiting for
CIJ or One Time Only prices to purchase)
Everton Toffee Pretzels (one of the best deals at QVC and totally
scrumptious; we prefer the original and chocolate-covered versions to
  the specialty nut versions)

We also occasionally purchase the Rastelli's pork ribeye steaks; they are absolutely delicious but too expensive to have in the regular rotation (if they dropped from $9 to $10 each to $6 or $7 each, we could easily justify that still-high price). And we've started buying items from The Pretzel Co., a vendor that is fairly new to the Q, and they have all been very fresh and tasty.

Although it is true that most of these items have premium price tags, their quality and convenience make them worth the cost to us.

Happy shopping and eating!  Smiley Happy

ETA: We also love Jimmy the Baker's cinnamon, apple, and strawberry rolls. They're the perfect treat to pull from the freezer when you want something sweet but not too sweet and they're very quick and easy to prepare.
