@chickenbutt Love buttered noodles.  What is Italian style?  Recipe?  Thanks.

I like buttered noodles too, but that wasn't me.  It's @northiie57 .

Woman Embarassed  I just made one of mine and I have to laugh.  I have a giant collection of cookbooks, stocked freezer and pantry and I made:

Ramen noodles and a can of zucchini and tomatoes.

And we liked it!  Woman Very HappyWoman TongueWoman Surprised  It is one of those go to's when you have no intent to cook and you've already had a sandwich, a peanut butter, tuna, and cheese and crackers the other days.  .  .LOL!!!

Wow, you have guests?  I'm jealous!  😜

Don't tell anyone but we love that canned zuc/tomato mix.  Haven't yet tried it with ramen, though, just regular pasta.

Maybe I wouldn't serve my version of Ramen Leftovers DeLuxe to guests....ramen prepped as on package, handful of minute rice, assorted Whatever's In Fridge.

@Nick and Nora Ramen DeLuxe sounds like a winner!  My mom and I discovered Ramen way back when and we had friends and relatives who blessed us with squash, tomatoes and onions etc.

She came up with the idea of putting those veggies in a pot and cooking them then adding the ramen and we ate it all summer!  So now in the winter the can of zucchini and tomatoes is fine--sometimes I will get a yellow squash to add to the pot!

I think you'll like it with ramen and it's fun to eat--we like the chicken flavor best!

My fave go-to easy thing is a bowl of oatmeal with nuts  and fruits-dried/fresh,  and yogurt and a little brown sugar

My "I don't feel like cooking" meal is a regional brand of frozen pizza.  Lotsa Motsa.  The only people I would serve this to is DD, who loves pizza.

My husband's go to college meal.  Beef Rice A Roni.  When he wants to make it a little "hardier", he adds cooked ground beef to it.  He still cooks it once in a while to this day.

Poached eggs with creamed spinach.

@LyndaGee I am wondering if you took a slice of cornbread, split it in two, and put this on top how that would be?  Maybe put the split cornbread under the broiler for a minute to crisp it a little?

Cornbread benedict (Husband just said it sounded good and would be "Eggs Bubba"!)?  Maybe with a deli slice of ham?  Or does that take it out of our "not serve to guests" category?  Woman Embarassed

THANKS for the idea!
