Re: What is your oldest working electric appliance?

Probably my KA stand mixer---bought it for $169 about 20+ years ago at Target---had my moms stainless steel Vitamix she bought in the 80's that I used til I bought a new one about 7 years ago--was still functioning fine except I couldn't find a few parts I needed for it.

I think it must be my Singer Sewing machine that I bought in 1968.

I have my grandmothers toaster.  It has the sides that open up.  I don't use it though.

My rice cooker I got in Japan. I had the plug changed when I got home. I won't part with it. It makes great poached eggs too!   Smiley Happy

Re: What is your oldest working electric appliance?

My oldest working appliance is this GE toaster...a Toastmaster so old I don't even know how old it is but I still use it. Must be close to 50 or 60yo, maybe even older than that.

My Westinghouse double oven stove.  Four burners and a huge place to set hot pans on the top between the burners.  1960.  I love it.  It must weigh 500lb...lol..DW
