I buy a lot of ground beef and just made a meatloaf. What I'm really getting hungry for are some tacos.

Stir fry.

Brown the meat, add sliced bell peppers, sliced onions and crushed garlic, add fish sauce, add kale.

EEZY weeknight meal!

Add spices, sour cream, stock and paprika for Paprikash (DH calls it Hamburger Helper).

Recently I found a Spanish ""rice"" recipe that uses quinoa instead of rice. The recipe looked good and I added ground beef to it. It was very good. And there is always Spanish rice using rice. I like both versions.

Make meatballs, then freeze them. Comes in handy for so many things down the road, and I grab what I need when I need them. Used for spaghetti, meatball sandwiches (both with sauce or plain sandwiches) Swedish meatballs with egg noodles. I like the idea of using for taco meat...now I am hungry for tacos,,lol.
