I LOVE good apple pie where the apples are totally cooked and don't crunch.  I also love pumpkin pie.

I'm not big on cinnamon or spice things and don't like pumpkin.  I can go for a good slice of apple pie, or maybe something like a maple flavored cake.

I like maple syrup in my steel cut oatmeal!  Does that count?

I'm not a fan of any apple desserts or pumpkin.  I'll eat either to be polite but would never pick it nor make it.

I will dive into a really good sweet potato pie though.  I could eat the whole pie if it's made right.

Until I was triggered by the post mentioning gingerbread, I was going to say my own homemade pies - pumpkin pie, pecan pie.

But I do love a good, homemade gingerbread.   Not sure anyone but me would eat it.   Hmm, I say that like it's a bad thing.
