They will be happy to send you a catalogue with stories of home cooks from all walks of life, as well as cooking suggestions. I just put away my order, and I have to say plain old pepper is my absolute favorite. But their pepper isn't really plain, I order the Extra Bold for the grinder and freshly ground for the table. Yes, I know I could grind all my own, but theirs stays so fragrant for months and months. I actually emptied the shakers of the store pepper I had substituted until I got around to placing my order. There was just no flavor.
