What is the process to get a replacement lid for my Lock & Lock Salad Bowl HSM950?

My lid cracked on my Lock & Lock Salad Bowl set model number HSM950. I would like to know what the process is to get a new lid?  

Is there a number I can call or a website I can go to?

Try the Lock & Lock website, maybe they have replacement lids.

About 10 days ago I called LocknLock to get replacement lids for two of my containers.. Within 5 days they arrived... I can't find the number I called; and so I did a little research on line & I think the phone number listed, within the link below, is the number I called.. I hope this helps..

I googled the link that QVC just posted and they only replace 12 months after purchase.  I'm disappointed.  I thought it was lifetime.

@henderson:  I am very disappointed. I also thought it was limited lifetime as well. The quality has gone down and I guess customer service has as well. I will no longer purchase Lock & Lock. It just isn't worth it if the lids fall apart. RIght now I have some small nestable bowls that I bought recently and 2 of the lids have broken tabs. I only used them twice.

I called to get a replacement for one of the square ones.  I'd had it less than 3 months.  Hadn't dropped it or anything, just removed it from the top rack of my dishwasher and there was a big crack.  I called Lock & Lock and they were quite rude.  They grilled me for several minutes and finally agreed to send a new one, but did warn me that they wouldn't do it again.  I never bought another thing from them.  Poor quality products.

IMO, it was not cost-productive for L&L ever to have a lifetime warranty. Their products are excellent, but come on, plastic doesn't last forever.
