I'ts supposed to taste like heaven and if made right, it will. So good with lamb or chicken or really anything. It's a great dip/spread on crackers or bread but especially good on warm pita.

Love tzatki.
It is made up usually of strained yogurt with dill or garlic and vinegar and cucumbers.
It is a great dip and it is also a wonderful condiment with different foods.

Yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and fresh dill for a dip or sauce, but I've had that flavor of Trisquit and all you taste is mostly dill and salty.

Meant to add that I used to get a bagel with Tzatziki cream cheese. It was delish!! It had chopped cucumber and dill and some garlic.

@depglass Use Greek yogurt. It's thicker and tastes better.

It tastes cool, like cucumbers with dill do. Refreshing.
It makes a wonderful dip for veggies.
