Eric has been active recently on FB.  He celebrated his wife's birthday on Jan. 26.  Someone asked what he made her (i.e. for dinner) and he replied "Reservations."

Eric has been quite busy posting on his Instagram page, mostly of different prepared meals, with a link to his recipes. 

 

Airing Copper Chef [and Power XL, the other brand he presents] is a business decision of QVC.  But Eric is still very busy.

I see him on infomercials frequently.  I never order from infomercials, I figure if the product is that great it will get picked up by the shopping channels.  I am comfortable dealing with them, I can't imagine attempting to return something to one of these info outfits.

I bought one copper chef skillet, and just as I expected, it developed a "hot spot" that sticks/burns every food in that one spot.

Something is up!

They just had the power air fryer xl oven and Eric was not showing it. They had Greg Shockly do it. No one has seen or heard frorm Eric for a while, I cannot find him on social media as well. Keep digging the truth is out there, lol
