I just bought a jar of mulitpurpose UMAMI seasonng salt from Trader Joes ---it has in it---

kosher salt

dried onions

ground mustard seed

porcini mushroom powder

white button mushroom powder

crushed red pepper

black pepper

dried thyme

you use 1/4 tsp--it taste pretty good too. I used it in my meat for my red sauce and thought it added a nice something to it.
