He was accused and I believe settled out of court. The allegations ended his career. He passed away in 2004.

Food Network seems to be going the same direction of HGTV, showing competitions and personalities with no real demonstrations or teaching shows. In the past, Saturday morning was the only time I recorded shows on FN because that's when all of the cooking shows were aired. If they do away with the cooking shows, I'll no longer watch the channel, just as I no longer watch HGTV.
