My family's favorites include:  Homemade pizza, grilled hamburgers, Mexican (ground beef) meat and fixings for tacos & nachos, lasagna, chicken fried steak & mashed potatoes, baked ham and "party" mashed potatoes.  Their favorite desserts include: frosted sugar cookies, monster bars, brownies, cheesecake and apple crisp.  I bake an assortment of bundt cakes, but they usually pick chocolate for a birthday cake!

My family eats whatever I make, simply because they are used to home cooked meals on a plate.   Simple or fancy, it doesn't matter, my family prefers to eat whatever I cook in our kitchen.

My mom made a pot roast in that same pan and it was sooo good, I can never make it as good!

My family loves my tacos for sure that is what i am famous for.  I fry the corn tortillas and shape them into a hard shell then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, that is part of it and all the fixings of course.

Can you share your recipe for the Risotto?  Your right risotto is wonderfully easy in the air fryer but I would love your recipe.
