a bowl of oatmeal with dried fruit or frozen fruit, nuts, a protein powder, some almond milk and a little brown sugar and maybe a spoonful of yogurt.

I keep some items for just incase, tuna, cheese , soup, beans , eggs, lettuce, tomatos .
I usually make a fritta or have tuna

I will either eat half a sandwich, or a KIND bar, or a carrot and some cherries. I try to eat my cherries each day to help with arthritis pain but lately I've been rationing a bit.

It's usually a Lotsa Motsa frozen pizza. Calorie heavy but very tasty, doesn't taste frozen at all. I try to keep chicken pot pies and frozen lasagna in the freezer. That means getting tired one hour before mealtime, but that's getting easier all the time. I also try to cook ahead a day or two, making a double batch of chili or chicken soup from a rotisserie chicken.

When I'm too tired to cook, I make us eggs and toast.

Cheese quesadilla, chicken tenders mixed in a salad. Or I make my husband cook something on the grill like salmon, sausage, burgers or chicken thighs.

usually nothing lol or just a banana or yogurt, somethng healthy since i'll probably go right to bed. nothing too heavy if im tired and just going to sleep. i;ll save it for the next morning.

If I'm really tired I'll get take out. Tonight I'm having a Greek Salad that I didn't make myself.
