We got about 3 inches of snow and still snowing here. I am making boneless pork chops, roasted potatoes and cauliflower with cheese sauce for dinner. Have a great day all.

Good morning everyone. Well we haven't had any snow but rain but light rain on Monday night made Tuesday mornings commute slippery. There were tons of accidents. Ria let her bus drivers know roads are slippy and to drive slow getting kids to school late is fine to keep everyone safe. Mini muffins for breakfast yestauday morning, Leftover steak and cheese quesadillas for lunch, those were leftover from Tuesday nights dinner and last night was leftover chicken noodle soup and fruit. I met my old girlfriends for lunch at the Pope's favorite pizza place.  I had a grilled buffalo chicken salad and brought home a small "Poperoni" pizza for DH.  Honestly, that's really what it's called, LOL.   We all exchanged gifts and had a good time.  It always seems to go by so quickly.  I drive the furthest, over an hour, when we meet.  Since weather is unpredictable, we don't meet in the winter.  We have a plan for March. 

I'm going easy today...again.  Grassfed Polish Sausage, cold packed sauerkraut, and a side veg.

Cold, windy, and snowy here today. Only 21 degrees. I have to go out twice today with 2 doctor appointments. Hope it stops snowing before I go to the next appointment. Tonight I am making shrimp scampi over wild rice, and broccoli. Have a great day all.

We had french toast, scrambled eggs and sausage.  Made the french toast on raisen bread.  Very good!  Going down to 12 degrees tonight, we may break a record.
