What cooking for this month of july?

Good morning everyone. Were now in another new very hot month. Its been in the high 90s with very muggy weather.  This week I made macaroni and cheese a big amount so we have leftovers. And burgers with fries. Burgers I stuffed with cooked mushrooms and bacon cut up. For each burger I made 2 thin burgers and put mushrooms and bacon and cheddar cheese and put second burger over it and sealed it and cooked burgers in a cast iron pan and toasted wheat buns. Hope ever had a great month .

Re: What cooking for this month of july?

I have some leftover sautéed mushrooms, fresh spinach, and an opened jar of Kirkland pesto to use up, so...

Lunch today will be:

Mushroom, spinach, and havarti cheese omelet

Half an avocado

A few blueberries & blackberries

Homemade cold brew caramel-mocha iced latte

Dinner tonight will be:

Grilled chicken breast w/pesto

Roasted asparagus (maybe melt some fresh parmesan over it)

Romaine wedge salad with bleu cheese dressing, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, and heirloom tomato.

Happy July, All! 🇺🇸

Trying to clean out "stumpy," our little freezer.  Yes, DH names our appliances.

Beef Tips = slow cooker stroganoff.

Italian Sausage = Butterfly pasta, italian sausage, tomatoes and cream

Breaded veal patties = Veal Parmagiana with angel hair pasta.

Burgers from Aldi's = burgers

Mediocre Crab legs from Walmart = Use with Alfredo sauce and pasta.

Brings us to various vegges, etc.

Dinner tonite will be Italian sausages & chicken on the grill, coleslaw and baked beans. For dessert blueberry pie with vanilla bean ice cream.

Everyone have a safe & fun 4th of July. I hope you are able to get together with friends & family for some good picnic foods. We are headed for a family reunion picnic. I will bring desserts ... chocolate chip cookies, brownies & pineapple upside down cake.

Tonight's was easy.  I had leftover taco meat and still had some fresh cauliflower so I made new chaffle bowls and we had repeats of Wednesday night's dinner.

If you have time, could you share the recipe?
