Prego Low Sodium Spaghetti Sauce

Olive Oil

Black Beans 

Brown Rice

Taco Shells

Sunflower Seeds-  Love them on salads

Almonds

Walnuts

Cereals-  Love my Honey Nut Cheerios

Oatmeal- but only the steel cut variety -  Not a fan of rolled oats

 

Now on to the goodies:

Triscuits

Goldfish crackers

Snyder's unsalted mini pretzels

Orville Redenbacher popcorn-  I love my air-popped popcorn

Things I must have on hand .. repeatedly buying.

 

White and sweet potatoes

Onions (all varieties)

Bags of Salad Mix 

Bags of Salad Toppings (I like to add the fruits/nuts/etc to oatmeal and pancakes)

Sweet Relish

Rice

Bread crumbs - regular, panko, seasoned

Stove Top Stuffing mix - cornbread variety

Packets of Knorr gravy mixes - all sorts

Eggs

Beef Franks

Microwave Bacon

A variety of sliced deli cheeses

Cold cuts (sliced turkey and/or roast beef ... great for quick lunch open-faced sandwiches w/gravy and instant mashed potatoes.)

Olive oil

Canola oil

Cans of sardines, tuna and salmon

Cans of peas, corn, beets, diced tomatoes

Jars of spaghetti sauce

English Muffins

Taco seasoning

Mango Salsa (generally use this instead of ketchup)

Mustards .... variety of mustards

Curry spices 

Peanut butter and jelly

Individual size apple sauce cups (great with breakfast)
