A perfectly cooked t-bone. A steaming hot, fresh from the oven chicken leg and wing, skin on (and pulled from the whole bird).

Top of the list: tuna, yellowtail and salmon sashimi.
Other favorites: all seafood, poultry, a little bit of pork and the occasional cheeseburger. Cheese, yogurt and some beans.

I have 2 protein shakes a day because I'm not a meet eater and I want to ensure that I get enough protein. I don't eat red meat and I've fallen out of the habit of keeping a bowl of boiled eggs in the fridge. I need to get back to that! Generally, I eat my fish and chicken. I put tuna or chopped chicken in my salads. I like roast chicken but just a couple of slices with my veggies. I get the best homemade vegetable soup from a local restaurant and I like to put shrimp in it.

Chicken, Beef turkey and some pork. I also eat eggs and some beans. I wish I liked seafood as it is a lot better for you but just the smell of it can upset my stomach (I'm talking about fresh, too).

I love salmon , chicken , eggs & cottage cheese . From my early days on the Atkin's diet when I cannot decide what to have but am hungry I can eat a can of tuna as the lone course .
