Tomato and mayo and BLT's!

'mater' Hopefully a big beefsteak one from a successful gardening venture. Helman's mayo and down thru the years change from white bread to whole grain .

We make meatless sandwiches on a soft french roll. Mayo, then sliced avocado, bean sprouts, finely sliced white onion, sprinkled with finely shredded parmesan cheese. You can add sliced tomato if you like. Good, for a non meat sandwich.

I like Bacon, avocado slice with low sodium pre-cooked bacon. Bagel toasted With Miracle whip, sometimes a piece of pepper jack cheese.

A BLT with super fresh locally grown tomato. 

I've read thru the responses and noticed many mentions of cucumber in sandwiches? I've never had that...pickles yes...but cucumber no. Have I been missing out all of these Summers? I need to remember this thread and try it this year
