Summer to me is "vegetable heaven"!  

I love cucumber sandwithes, tomato sandwiches, or cucumber with tomato sandwiches.Smiley Happy

Does a hambuger counts as a sandwich?  Beause nothing says summer more than a hamburger grilled outside.  Ketchup only.

Tomato sandwich made on white bread with real mayo. Followed closely by shrimp salad. .
