@qbetzforreal I got one of those for a birthday years ago and love it!  Thermoworks also have a little colored instant read, that I use even more--they come in colors and are round on top.  I think it's a "Pop?"?

Anyway thermoworks has great sales on their website pretty often.  I have also given those Pop ones for gifts. And they say the ones not bought directly from them are not guaranteed to be warrentied or something like that.
