I love steak! Ribeye and NY strip are my favorites. I would love to do a big steak eating challenge; just the
meat, no potato, salad, or bread.

@ECBG My favorite is a big, marbled Ribeye grilled with blackened seasoning on it. My mouth is watering just thinking about one. Yum !!!!!!!!

Ribeye, for sure. I do med-well. I used to do medium until medium seemed to have become more like med-rare, so I had to move to med-well. Fortunately, the husband likes it the same way so it makes it easier. I can handle cooked too much, but not cooked too little.
