If you're a steak lover, what are your TWO favorite cuts?

I love a filet.  I get them on sale for $10.99 a pound, cut my own, and freeze them 2 to a 1 qt. zip lock.  If they fuse, I just hit the center on the nside of the basement railing!  They seperate quickly. 

The price is often lower than the ribeyes!!!!!

My second favorite is the rib eye.

My favorite cut is ribeye.  I just really like the flavor.

Second is filets.  I also buy a tenderloin and cut my own.  I don't like them too thick so cutting my own works best.

I love the flavor of sirloin steak.  It can be chewy if overcooked.  Nothing beats filet mignon for tenderness but I think it's flavor is lacking.

I am a steak eating gal!! Love a good Bone in Rib Eye and also a Dallas Fillet not butterflied. I also want my beef to be aged.

I like filet and when we go out a delmonico. I get them medium so I can eat the ends first and the leftovers when they are reheated are medium well the next day. I don't like my beef to be mooing.

T-bone/Porter house.  A filet is next.  I don't like rib eye because I think it has too much fat.

My favorite is the NY Strip, and if it's not available I'll go for the filet.
