Usually, I have Instant Breakfast because it's cool, slightly sweet, and light.

In the summer, I like a bowl of strawberries or fresh peaches with a little sugar and milk.

I love sausage biscuits from Hardees or McDonalds, but I rarely have that.  If I'm not working, I don't get up as early.

My favorite breakfast is scrambled eggs, bacon, toast or biscuit and jelly.  What I have for breakfast almost every day is Quaker Oats apples & cinnamon or apples & cranberry oatmeal.  I like that, too.

My fave is eggs benedict, but that's a special treat for a breakfast out. I usually have a protein shake with half a banana and a butter popcorn rice cake with peanut butter, along with a couple cups of coffee to get me going!

If I go out to eat, which isn't often, I love to go to Denny's and have their build a breakfast.  I sometimes will get scrambled eggs, sausage links (with syrup), pancakes and my other item changes.  At times I get oats, other times I will get a douple order of pancakes!  Yes, that is bad, I know!  I don't usually eat the entire order --- DH helps me!  But I think their pancakes are the best.  So thick, fluffy --- yum!  

If I am at home and eat breakfast, I will eat oatmeat with maybe a banana or cold cereal --- a mixture of about 3-4 kinds!  

Sometimes I just like toast with jam and tea.

I guess mine is a plain toasted bagel with some cream cheese to spread on it and a cup of fresh fruit.
