Greek Salad Dressing Loved Restaurant

I love this dressing! Here are the scaled down measurements that will fit into one of those glass, good seasons dressing bottles:

3/4 cup oil

1 cup vinegar

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp oregano

2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp pepper,

1 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar,

1.5 tsp onion powder

1.5 tsp dried mustard Enjoy!

(I double this recipe because it keeps in the fridge forever.  Olive oil will solidify when cooled, so microwave 20 sec. and stir.). 

Enjoy!!!

We put baby spinach on a salad plate with sliced tomato and sweet onion.  Add freshly grated Parmesan.  Yum!

I keep grated Parmesan in zip locks in the freezer.
