Up until 1962 it's what I grew up with screwed onto the kitchen table when in use.
It looks like that except there is a large winged nut on the front to change to different grinder blades.

Me. My grandmother's MEZZALUMA And some of her lot and wooden spoons. I am in my 80,s so you know those are old.
