I really don't eat a lot of different salads and things you find in a deli.  I will occasionally buy chicken or potato salad and I've purchased Pasta Salad for funeral dinners at our church or a group cook out where I was asked to bring a salad.  I've also occasionally purchased Deli Turkey for sandwiches.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

We have a wonderful deli in the neighborhood that makes the best tuna and chicken salad. Add to that their homemade potato, macaroni and cole slaw. They are almost double the price of the supermarket deli but worth it. And their homemade soup tastes divine, for lack of a better word.

 

So we don't eat any cold cuts, salads or soups from a grocer's deli.
