Fresh fruit  (in drawer in fridge).  Grapes and nectarines are my faves.

Dried fruit (love dried mango, dates and figs).  Raisins, dried cranberries.

Nature Valley Protein Bars and trail mix

Rice cakes

Hummus (on celery or Saltines)

Re: What Do You Keep for Snacks?

Everyday I have a soft sugar cookie for dessert & occasionally I'll have an iced nonfat carmel macchiato but that's it, no other snacks. I'd love to have cheese crackers, potato chips & eat a whole bag of Aldi organic cheese puffs at once but I don't.

Forgot that I eat raisins or blueberries in my oatmeal for breakfast!

And, I do enjoy some delicious cheeses from the deli (a few small bites with some tea or a glass of wine).

We have all kinds of snacks.  Some better than others.

Fruits (oranges, grapes, apples, bananas, applesauce, fruit cups)

Popcorn

Jello

Pudding

Nuts

Small bags of goldfish

String cheese

Pretzels

Carrots

Hard boiled eggs

And then some

Re: What Do You Keep for Snacks?

I always have hard boiled eggs, low carb yogurt, keto granola, peanut butter, salami, cheese, keto cookies, keto chocolate, certain veggies, assorted nuts, pork rinds, keto granola bars, keto ice cream on hand, but I don't snack on them.  I do intermittent fasting.  For me, it's better to incorporate something(s) from the list into my meal(s) during my eating window rather than randomly snacking.

Re: What Do You Keep for Snacks?

Being type 2 diabetic and off meds I must keep my bloodsugar under control so I alternate eating  apple slices, walnuts and  chocolate fudge keto cups ( they are soooo goood !) and they satisfy my love for chocolate.

@Goodie2shoes  You made so much sense as a diabetic . . . until I read the word Keto. Be very careful on the diet. It's dangerous long-term.
