If there was one single tray of ice in the freezer with my name on it, I wouldn't use it up in a year.   I don't want my drinks that cold.

We've been using mason jars for the past several years.  They're durable and don't get knocked over easily.  I have very small ones for juice and my kids even drink wine from them once in a while.  I have a set of beautiful glasses for fancy occasions, but I can't remember the last time we had an occasion fancy enough to warrant using them.

I am super fussy about cups and mugs for hot beverages.  I have different ones for different times of day and seasons.  I could have 12 clean ones in the cupboard, but still get my favorite out of the dishwasher and hand wash it.  I've never been one of those who could drink out of a mug with advertising on it or heaven forbid - stains and chips!  Yikes!

I drink my iced tea or Dr. Pepper Zero Cherry with a bunch of ice cubes & a metal straw out of a 16 oz. BPA free Polycarbonate beer stein like this: (ETA: from Amazon)

I don't think I own any breakable glasses any more.  I have very unforgiving tile over concrete slab floors & dropping one glass on them once & having it shatter in a million pieces & fly all over the place was all it took for me to switch to glasses that bounce when dropped!

I usually drink my morning coffee or tea out of a polish pottery bubble mug.  So cute.  My cold drinks out of an acrylic tumbler or a insulated travel mug.  Wine, I have a stainless steel stemless wine cup.

Glass............water, ice tea, pop and mixed drinks

Bottle............Budweiser

All coffee goes into Fiesta java coffee mugs.  Water and milk go into a variety of Depression era odds and ends of drinking glasses.
