Salad (mixed greens), with tomato, onion, red pepper, cucumber,

and large scoop of albacore tuna (mixed with mayo).  Drizzled some Brianna's poppy seed dressing over salad.  It was very tasty, and hit the spot!😋

I had yogurt with granola and raspberries, but I "hearted" the poster who had ice cream.  (And I'm very envious....)

  A fresh salad with cucumber,tomatoes, chickpeas & a bit of low fat shredded cheese, with a light balsamic dressing.

Beef chow fun.  One of my favorites.   Easy to make.  And delicious.
