If we are down south in time, I will have grilled blackened Ahi tuna, but with all the other Thanksgiving sides - mashed potatoes and dressing.....
There is a place right on the Gulf that we go to for this. Most likely this will be Christmas dinner, too.

I am enjoying the responses, but I'm sorry to say most of you are not putting up some crazy thing! Something you would just love to eat and others would think you are nuts!
Like maybe Butterfingers crushed and caramel sauce and on top of chocolate fudge ice cream. Washed down with Coke Cola!

A veggie pizza washed down with a glass of wine.

Warm out of the oven slightly under baked Nestle Toll House chocolate chip cookies (that come in the tube) with a big dollop of vanilla ice cream. Sheer bliss.
You have to put them on the cookie sheet close together so they kinda bake into one slightly underbaked warm yummy-ness.
Oh my......

I just have to have the traditional things---last year, we went to my brothers for dinner--he cooked lamb---which was delicious--but it wasn't turkey!! And no one made any stuffing or turkey gravy --even he said he missed that too. Now for Xmas dinner, we often do alot of different menus from lasagna to paninni sammies and soup to a pork crown roast to prime rib and yorkshire pudding---just love turkey dinner anytime of year!!!

All right @Sooner, I'll follow that with fresh from the oven peach cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Then I'll be fully miserable. Happy?
Actually, back in the days when I made a big Christmas dinner I'd make baked sweet potatoes with caramel sauce, marshmallows and pecans. My mom, who had a mean sweet tooth (always knew where I got one too), would push everything else aside and go for that dish first!
