This is a fun question.  I'm definitely not a fan of any kind of spice cake.  But I also don't like banana in cake or pudding either.

@RedTop Agree with you on everything! Agree with your husband on the cake.  

I make a great pound cake and with the vanilla and almond I add a tablespoon or so of bourbon or brandy.  Like the bourbon best!
