@Sooner   Oh , Lord no.  I don't eat hot sauces of any kind.  I can't stand the heat and as far as taste - all I can taste is heat.

My mother didn't cook with hot peppers or use hot sauces so I've never had to get use to that taste.

When I do buy hot sauce it's Louisiana.  We just don't care for spicy foods anymore or it doesn't like us anymore.

I am a hot sauce fan.  I do eat sardines, vienna sausages, potted meat, raw oysters on the half-shell, steamed or boiled shrimp, barbecue chicken, frog legs and it is all better with tabasco.

Don't have one.  Can't ingest anything at all that's the least bit spicy or hot.  Just smelling hot sauce makes me get a sore throat and bothers my nose.

We used to know someone years ago who worked in the restaurant business.  He said many restaurants use Frank's as their kitchen sauce but put Louisiana on the table. 🤷‍♀️
