I am not a fan of plain old chocolate chip cookies

I had to think for a minute.  I don't really have any these days.

In my frig I have (swear to you) 2 big boxes of Cheryls cookies (sugar one's).  I don't eat them.  If I do it's 1/2.  Too sweet.

But put a piece of lemon merigue pie in front of me and don't blink because it will disappear down my throat.  Yum!

I have Mary Beth Roe's cookbooks.  There is a recipe in one for a cookie with orange zest and white chocolate chips.  It's my favorite, especially in summer.
