HoneyBunches of Oats

Even as a kid, cereal was really never my thing but I mostly ate Rice Krispies or Fruit Loops.  I only have cereal now about 2 or 3 times a year and it is Honey Nut Cheerios sold in the individual containers.  I still like Rice Krispies but only eat them in a Rice Krispy Treat which is really rare.

I love plain old Cheerios. DH likes HoneyBunches or Special K with red berries. I only buy them at Costco where it is about 1/3 the cost of the grocery store. We have cereal for dinner more often than for breakfast. It is a good, light meal before bed.

I love a bowl of Frosted mINI wHEATS.  aLSO, THEY ARE HIGH IN IRON. wHEN i WORKED AT THE LOCAL BLOOD BANK, WE ADVISED PEOPLE TO EAT THIS .

WITH MILK  I like  Total,   Shredded wheat plain

Grape Nuts  But ONLY hot. ( it softenes them up a bit ) Microwave with some milk and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.  YUMMY.

Shredded wheat biscuits (plain, no frost, no sugar), grape nuts, rice krispies...milk, blueberries or strawberries...no sugar in cereal!

Oatmeal with cream sugar and butter.  Its a desert by the time I am done with it lol
