I always top my cereal with fruit. Most of the year it is banana, but in the Spring and Summer, when local produce is available, I'll have strawberries or blueberries or peaches.

@RedTop I am allergic to milk as well. We use Kroger brand Lactose Free Millk. It actually does taste better than reguar milk. We use it for mashed potatoes, pudding, anything usually made with milk.

Before we changed our way of eating, I used to enjoy:
Raisin Bran
Cheerios
Frosted Mini Wheats
Steel Cut Oatmeal w/butter & brown sugar
Nowadays, I enjoy homemade keto granola or Nu Trail Keto Nut Granola, the Blueberry Cinnamon one (Costco). I'd eat that even if I wasn't following the keto lifestyle. Really good. But I don't eat breakfast, I'm still fasting in the morning so it's only tea and coffee until noon. When I eat my granola, it's usually for a small afternoon "something" since we have our heavier meal at noon.

@JeanLouiseFinch I have to eat breakfast or I get migraine headaches. Sometimes it is a problem when we travel, so I always have some sort of bars or something. And those are bad migraines too. A nutritionist figured it out! She also said a small snack before bed if supper is early. How different we all are!
