I had not bought or eaten cereal for years. This summer I have revisited my former fave: Golden Grahams. Can't get enough! I think I am on my third large box, and it's just me.

Taking a break from oatmeal, which is much healthier. i do suppliment the cereal with protein- half a container of Dannon Light & Fit yogurt, with chia seeds added and skim milk.

Except for oatmeal occasionally, I don't eat cereal. However, when I did I enjoyed  Quaker Oat Squares.

On the very rare occasion I eat cereal, I always loved Kellogs cornflakes and sliced bananas.

Kelloggs Special K Chocolately (sp) Delight.  Eat it every morning.  I also will eat the only thing my husband has ever cooked in 56 years of marriage. OATMEAL.

Shredded Wheat, Granola cereal, Corn Flakes, and Cream of Wheat in the winter.

I seldom eat it but think I might just start back up. My favorite is Crispix with a banana.
