I have leftover roasted sliced chicken breast and a thigh, fresh asparagus and mushrooms.  Am thinking of combining them somehow, not sure.

Make an Alfredo sauce and combine. Serve alone or over rice, pasta, or a substitute.

Thanks for this idea.  I found a zuk, carrot, added red onion, garlic, and it turned out better than I thought for a throw together.

@tansywrote: Yay for you, @Goodie2shoes!  What is a chocolate brownie keto cup.  When I googled only mug cakes showed up.

go to:  thenosugarcompany.com    scroll down the page and you will see boxes of the  No Sugar Keto cups. They come in several flavors low carb ( I've tried them all ) and they are wonderful and satisfying. You can also find them on Amazon, search No sugar keto cups. They look like peanut butter cups if you are familiar with them.They also have no sugar Keto bars

@Goodie2shoes Nothing is perfect but these have much better ingredients than the so-called keto treats by SlimFast, which are actually garbage and not keto at all.  I just bought a box of No Sugar Keto Bars at Costco.  They're small but tasty and satisfying.

Thanksgiving 🦃 we were both sick from mid-November to week before Christmas.  not covid just bronchitis, etc. both of us lost our taste & smell (right after our booster shots got sick😡).

So today I made modified dinner just to get 🦃 out of freezer.  Honestly, wasn't great - hoping tomorrow it'll taste better as sandwich.  I cheated with jar gravy (yuck) but the sides of green beans, cranberry sauce & stuffing were OK.

Rest of week "pot luck" at our house😉from the freezer which is kinda "slim pickings".  I'm staying out of food store until the freezer is empty.  Might make stuffed peppers, peppers&onions w/sausage, and Ihave small tray of lasagna (from 🎄)  might get him to force himself to eat🤔🙄😉

Thanks, @Goodie2shoes.  I buy little keto cups filled with nut butters from Evolved.  Good, a bit pricey.  I will look again for yours.

Re: What Are You Eating This Week?

I am trying to use up every piece of produce I buy. so often I forget about some and then it is spoiled and I have to toss it--so I've been writing on my white board the things I bought and cross them off as I use them. Seems to work for me--also decided to go back to ordering the protein DD and I use from a local farmer---meat is becoming way to spendy and sometimes there is none in the stores--this way we are suupporting a local farmer and the meat is wonderful---and am spending alot less per pound.

Last night I roasted red/yellow peppers and onions in my airfryer then cooked marinated chicken in it--had pasta with cashew cream sauce and cooked garlic mushrooms over top---was delicious and got to cross off all those veggies to boot

@homedecor1 Hmmmm.  Just thinking.  I might try stuffing peppers with some leftover lasagna some time.  Why not?

Re: What Are You Eating This Week?

@Sooner

How are you stir frying please?  I gave up my hand hammered wok when I went with a glass top stove which turns the eyes off and on.

I would be stir frying, needing the heat, and suddenly- GONE!  I can't tell you how aggravating!  I never bought an electric wock because food can't be pulled up to the sides for steaming.

Any hints appreciated!Smiley Happy
