I saute the Spam with Mts. Butterworth's on it.  It gets sticky, but ooh, so good!

Is that how you eat it?

How about cottage cheese with Frank's Hot Sauce (sometimes add cherry tomatoes and black olives too!)

Sea salt to top it off with too!

Cottage cheese with chives and ketchup.  Also, like to mix ketchup in my mashed potatoes or rice.  Add ketchup on mac and cheese.  Just really enjoy ketchup!

Mashed potatoes with corn over the top instead of gravy.  My family prefers it this way as well. 

I also like a bowl of good vanilla ice cream with grape nuts cereal stirred in-I love that it stays crunchy to the end.
