What Are Some of Your Easy No-Cook Meals?

I just had one of mine and thought I'd share!  It is Lactaid cottage cheese with canned Red Gold stewed tomatoes!

What are your favorites?  Sardines? Count me in on that!

We can always pull something together from the fridge; hard cooked eggs, bacon, salami, cheese, zero sugar yogurt, tossed salad, fresh berries, celery or mini peppers w/cream cheese, pickles, olives.

Ours is different sandwiches, whatever we can find. Usually chicken salad, pimento cheese, always have cucumbers and tomatoes in the fridge.

I have never thought of putting cottage cheese with tomatoes. I'd have to think about that.Woman Very Happy

Sandwich, fruit, salad, smoothie, meat, cheese & crackers, leftovers.

I usually have cut up rotisserie chicken in the freezer I can do something with.

DH usually has some gumbo, jambalaya, ham & bean soup in the freezer. Since he's retired now he needs to cut his recipes in half.

Sliced turkey, harvarti cheese & cranberry sauce on baguette bread with a side of coleslaw...so good.

@Sooner     YES to both of those.   We should get together and "lunch" one of these days!     di

Re: What Are Some of Your Easy No-Cook Meals?

Probably a dumb question, but is there a difference in taste/texture of cottage cheese between brands?

I like what I get in a specific restaurant but when I buy it at the grocery store, it seems runny and not as good...
