We are having cube steak/w mushrooms & onions slow cooked in the oven in an enameled cast iron braiser. Not sure if our side will be cauliflower mashed potatoes, roasted string beans, or steamed spinach.

DH is going to grocery store and is picking up a roasted chicken there.  They are really good and last us 2 meals.  Putting sweet potatoes in the oven and will have a vegetable of some easy kind.

He mentioned we have not had taco salad or fish soup for awhile so I imagine they are on the menu for this week sometime.

Rib eye steak and asparagus for hubby. Black bean salad and asparagus for me!
