I love the Schwan's tortilla encrusted tilapia so that's usually the fish we eat most often, along with the Schwan's breaded heat and eat catfish filets, wild caught salmon, and crabcakes (I make own), but the grocery had a good deal on some nice looking tilapia and I bought some,,,,,I just have no idea how to cook it.
I'd appreciate some ideas from people who have cooked tilapia filets. Salmon I usually just grill, bake, or steam with a little lemon juice, butter, and tarragon. I don't think this would work with tilapia.
