Only 4 plants this year 2 early girl and 2 big boys and the harvest is incredible...never have I seen so many.

The early girls have this "hard core" in them and are small but the big boys this year are huge and really delicious....and there's more to ripen yet.

So early this morning there's a huge kettle of home made spagetti sauce simmering on the stove...I think I have about 2 more hours left. Done canning ..plenty of quarts and pints for chili and soups. Done making salsa.

What else can I do with the remaining that have yet to ripen.....must have about 25 or so to go yet?
